The clubhouse hours are 800AM – 1200PM (Midnight), excluding clean-up.
No more than 50 people may be in the clubhouse at any given time, except with prior HOA Board approval.
All clubhouse events and attendees must remain confined to inside the clubhouse and porch areas.
The homeowner must be present at all times during event.
